The industry’s most celebrated event!
We will recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the broker/broker teams winning in eleven categories for their Silicon Valley Commercial Real Estate activity.
The winners in each category will be revealed at the event and profiled in a special publication of the Silicon Valley Business Journal. An advance copy of the publication will be available to all guests following the awards presentation. Over 300 people are anticipated to attend. The 2026 award categories include:

This year’s event will be held at Scott’s Ballroom At The Rotary Summit Center, Downtown San Jose.
Awards will also be presented for Developer/Owner of the Year and Deal of the Year.
The event will also benefit several local charities and is expected to raise over $150,000 this year.
